Are you passionate about gaming?
If yes – this is the perfect opportunity for you! Work together with inspired gamers from across the world to provide support for the most played strategy game in the world! Become part of the League of Legends community as Player Support Specialist. Show a desire to help players and be there for them when they need you.
IF YOU ARE:

PASSIONATE ABOUT GAMES: You have the mindset of a gamer. You can talk for hours about games, and you understand how they work and what gaming is like;

GOOD WITH LANGUAGES: We help players and work with people from all over the world, so outside of your main language (German, Spanish, Greek, Polish, Hungarian, French, Czech, Romanian and Italian) you need to be proficient in English too;

EMPATHIC: You need to understand the players’ point of view and what they expect from us, making the whole experience a talk between gamers rather than client/customer conversation;

KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PLAYER SUPPORT: Even with no experience in the field, you must know what a support ticket is and can make the difference between awesome and terrible support;

TECH KNOWLEDGE & CHAT SUPPORT EXPERIENCE is a plus but not mandatory.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Using Email and Chat to provide support on a player to player level;
Analyzing different issues and their causes to provide the best possible solutions to the players;
Working as a team: gathering and sharing information for everyone to use;
Focusing on how to improve your own work, to best suit player and company needs;
Operating in a player focused manner, where your passion towards the players shines best. A drive to make every case exceptional.

The company is located in Sofia, Bulgaria
