Job Purpose

No pressure, but you are the first and last impression that a guest has, so it’s your job to ensure it’s a good one. Top of the list of responsibilities is your job to offer a warm welcome and speedy, efficient check-in and check-out service for guests. You will be also responsible for handling any complaints.

In doing so, he or she:

  • Has a detailed knowledge about the company and the apartments
  • Communicating with guests before, during and after their stay to ensure satisfaction to the highest standards
  • Supervises reservations and housekeeping
  • Manage the company facebook, instagram and twitter accounts by providing up to date and useful information to our guests
  • Responsible for guests reviews
  • Helps in the housekeeping tasks

Entry Requirements

  • The ability to be available to work weekends or public holidays
  • Sales ability
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • No fear of decision-making, natural problem solver
  • Good relationship skills
  • Taking the initiative
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, a second language is an advantage
