We are currently looking for Candidates having a strong events organization and customer service track record with excellent communication and administrative skills, conversant with social media platforms both for communication and for monitoring.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist Country Managers and Area Managers with the development of the Monthly Calendar of Events and Venues
  • Ensure the booking process for our events programme and venues selection is delivered to a high level of accuracy
  • Management and administration of our online booking platforms key to the smooth running of the business
  • Closely cooperate with our Social Media and Marketing Coordinator in generating ideas for social media content & monthly newsletter distributed to our European Recruiters network
  • Build good relationships and engage in professional communication with our European Recruiters across a range of activities via phone and email.
