Billing assistant (English and Spanish)

Key Tasks:


  • review and verify invoices, check requests from the suppliers
  • input accounting data into the accounting system with accuracy
  • sort, code and match invoices
  • research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required




  • professional experience is not required
  • excellent command in English and Spanish language knowledge
  • high level of competence in MS Office
  • working independently and in a positive team environment
  • good analytical and problem solving abilities
  • precise and persistant personality
